About Gráinne

Attracted to the arts from a young age, I worked in film,TV and the music industry in my earlier years. 

 

As my experiences broadened, I found myself intrigued by the workings of the physical body and the mind. I began a lifelong enquiry, teaching yoga and meditation and working as a massage therapist. 

 

While working as a complementary therapist in hospice care, my inquisitive mind was drawn to a deeper exploration of our complexities as human beings. Thus I trained as an animator/facilitator with the Sacred Art of Living and Dying. 

 

I now explore and give expression to these elements and passions through art.
